This article, guided by the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), explores its application and significance in undergraduate business education through the case study of my course teaching reform practices. My practical teaching experience reveals that applying the OBE concept in areas such as setting teaching objectives and designing evaluation systems, transforming teacher roles and employing diverse teaching methods, and enhancing student agency and establishing collaborative learning mechanisms can significantly improve teaching quality.
