Abstract

Gaining a deeper understanding of the relationship between digital inclusive finance and the development of new quality productive forces is of great significance for promoting the aggregation of various advanced production factors towards new quality productive forces and accelerating their development. This paper empirically examines the impact of digital inclusive finance on new quality productive forces based on panel data from 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2010 to 2023. The research findings indicate that digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the development of new quality productive forces, with its effects being more pronounced at deeper levels of usage. Therefore, to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces, it is essential to actively promote the development of digital inclusive finance and improve the mechanisms for regional coordinated cooperation.
