Abstract

Address plays a very important role in the intercultural communication. How to choose the proper address is one of the most important intercultural communicative skills to a speaker. This article presents a system comparison between the Chinese and English address forms. From the similarities and differences we can have a deeper understanding of the culture differences between Chinese and English, and then make a better cross-cultural communication.
