Abstract

In order to improve the teaching quality and effect of college students' mental health education, this paper first analyzes the current situation of college students' mental health education and teaching from the perspective of ideological politics, and then discusses the teaching reform of college students' mental health education and teaching from the perspective of ideological politics.
