Research on the Construction and Management Strategies of Dormitory Culture for Students in Vocational Colleges

This paper focuses on the dormitory culture of higher vocational students, deeply explains its connotation, including material, spiritual, institutional and behavioral aspects; analyzes its characteristics such as diversity, infectivity and dynamics; emphasizes its significance in promoting the all-round development of students, enhancing the cohesion of the school, and promoting the construction of campus culture. At the same time, it deeply and comprehensively analyzes many existing problems in the current construction and management of dormitory culture for higher vocational students, such as imperfect dormitory facilities, defective management mechanisms, and lack of innovation in cultural activities. In response, a series of practical and operational strategies are put forward, covering optimizing dormitory facilities, improving relevant management systems, and enriching the forms and contents of cultural activities, hoping to create a positive and healthy good atmosphere of dormitory culture and effectively promote the all-round development of higher vocational students in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics.
