The cultivation of interdisciplinary talents in law and business is the basic requirement of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, and it is also the guarantee for the comprehensive development of law-based governance, which is of great significance for private colleges and universities to establish the characteristics of running schools and improve the quality of students. This paper sorts out the problem of the cultivation path of "law and business" compound talents in private business universities, and conceives the difficulty and training path of law and business compound talents, and proposes a rational path to construct the cultivation of law and business integration talents, in order to provide effective reference for the cultivation of law and business compound talents in private business universities.
