Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China, our country attaches great importance to the development and reform of education, education reform revolves around improving people's comprehensive quality and promoting their all-round development, comprehensively promoting and strengthening labor education is an important step in deepening China's education reform. Vocational education is the cradle for cultivating new era workers, the prospect of vocational education is broad,we should strive to cultivate high-quality skilled and technical talents, so that everyone has the opportunity to shine. This study analyzes the current situation of labor education for vocational college students, Analyze the problems that arise within it, propose rational suggestions from various aspects such as improving the institutional environment, curriculum construction, and team building, Helps alleviate the current difficulties in labor education in vocational colleges.
