Abstract

This paper takes Cangzhou City in Hebei Province as a research object to systematically explore the development status, prominent problems, and promotion pathways for the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. The research indicates that Cangzhou City possesses favorable development conditions in terms of policy environment, geographical advantages, and industrial foundation, with preliminary achievements in digital economic development. However, the integration process still faces practical challenges such as incomplete understanding, shortage of high-end talent, uneven infrastructure, imperfect institutional mechanisms, and insufficient endogenous motivation for the digital transformation of enterprises. To address these issues, this paper proposes a systematic promotion path from five dimensions: strengthening top-level design, improving digital infrastructure, deepening industry enablement, accelerating enterprise digital transformation, and enhancing talent team building. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for Cangzhou City and similar regions in promoting the deep integration of the digital and real economies.
