This paper analyzes the Chinese pre-packaged food industry to provide reference for its high-quality development. It adopts methods such as literature analysis and data comparison. In foreign countries, the United States has achieved maturity in the B-end market through industrialization, while Japan has adopted a refined approach to build a complete channel network. The Chinese pre-packaged food market has experienced significant growth in the past five years, going through three development stages, with problems such as product homogeneity and lack of standards. However, it has conditions such as well-developed cold chain and the support of new retail. The solutions are to improve standards, enhance processing levels, and promote coordination between upstream and downstream. The industry is transforming from "wild growth" to "value creation", helping to promote agricultural industrialization and consumption upgrading.
