Abstract

Rural community construction serves as the grassroots platform for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and the revitalization of rural talents provides the core intellectual support for both. Rural professional managers, as an important part of rural talent revitalization, contribute to the construction of the platform and the implementation of the strategy, and the three work together to promote rural development and the modernization of grassroots governance. Against this backdrop, this paper, based on the practice of M Village in G City, explores the multiple roles played by rural professional managers in rural community construction, analyzes their functions in community construction based on role positioning, and at the same time uncovers the practical difficulties they face in participating in rural community construction. It also proposes optimization paths such as strengthening the construction of the subject and improving institutional guarantees, with the aim of promoting the in-depth empowerment of rural professional managers in rural community construction, enhancing community governance efficiency, and ensuring the sustainable development of the community.
