Abstract

Driven by innovation, there is a widespread structural contradiction between "difficult recruitment for enterprises" and "difficult employment for graduates" in high-tech industrial agglomeration areas. Taking East Lake High-tech Zone (Optical Valley) as an example, through the three-dimensional analysis framework and mixed research method, this paper finds that the root of the contradiction is not the mismatch of professional names, but the disconnection between learning and application and the lack of practical ability. The fundamental reason is that there is a significant time lag between the iteration speed of industrial technology and the renewal of university curriculum.
