With the acceleration of urbanization and the vigorous development of fresh e-commerce, against the backdrop of the "Dual Carbon" goals, the "last-mile" delivery of the fresh cold chain has become a critical link in the logistics field. Based on customer green preferences, this paper analyzes the current situation and pain points of fresh cold chain delivery from perspectives such as cold chain logistics, and discusses the construction and optimization strategies of smart delivery models. The research provides a theoretical basis for fresh e-commerce enterprises to optimize delivery services and offers references for policymakers to promote the green and intelligent development of "last-mile" fresh cold chain delivery, supporting the high-quality development of the logistics industry.
