Abstract

The article summarizes the origin and iterative upgrading of comprehensive land consolidation, explores its internal logic in promoting rural revitalization, and based on the practical experience of cross township comprehensive land consolidation in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province, proposes a high starting point comprehensive planning, high-level scheme formulation, high standard consolidation design, and efficient governance implementation path for rural revitalization.
