Abstract

Teachers' continuing education is an important link in the development and training of teachers' professional talents in China. Under the background of the COVID-19 epidemic, the wave of educational informatization has provided more opportunities and challenges for teachers' continuing education. This study compares the current situation of teachers' continuing education in China and proposes targeted countermeasures for problems in three areas: training design, training content and form, and training management and evaluation.
