In the era of high-quality development of China's economy, enterprises no longer pursue only economic interests, but also regard social benefits as an important indicator of enterprise development. Commercial credit refers to the creditor's rights and debt relationship formed by enterprises in the transaction process. It has many advantages and is of great significance for alleviating the financing constraints of enterprises. In this context, this paper conducts a regression analysis on main borad listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2015 to 2021 to study the impact of CSR information disclosure on commercial credit financing. The empirical results show that disclosure of CSR information has a significant positive impact on commercial credit financing. This study enriches the relevant literature on the influencing factors of commercial credit financing and provides some empirical evidence for the management of CSR.
