Abstract

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, tax collection and tax management and control have been constantly improved, but tax evasion still occurs frequently. There are countless people who violate tax regulations and use special means to skillfully evade taxes. Especially in recent years, with the rise of the Internet and short videos, more and more traffic figures have been exposed to large amounts of tax evasion, which seriously endangers the social justice system, And "the tax revenue of the state is used for the people. If there is no tax, the state has no right, and if there is no right, the state treasury is in deficit." This article will elaborate the phenomenon of tax evasion, draw conclusions and put forward relevant suggestions.
