Abstract

The village Committee has an important impact on farmers' satisfaction with withdrawal from rural homesteads (WRH). Based on the data from 300 farmers in three counties/districts (Cuiping, Luxian, and Pengshan) in Sichuan Province from August to November 2022, we explored the significant impact of village committee's participation on farmers' satisfaction with WRH. The empirical results, according to the multi-classification ordered regression model, showed that the village committee's policy publicity, coordinated management and internal trust with farmers positively affect farmers' satisfaction with WRH, this paper has practical significance for improving village governance ability and building the performance improvement mechanism of WRH.
