Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of modern educational technology in physical education in colleges and universities. The background and purpose of the study are first analysed in the introduction, followed by the introduction of related concepts. Subsequently, the specific in-depth analysis of the specific role of modern educational technology in physical education in colleges and universities is presented and demonstrated through a case study. Finally, the conclusions of the study are summarised. Through this study, the application of modern educational technology in physical education in colleges and universities can be understood in depth, providing reference and suggestions for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities.
