As one of the most direct means of realizing public policy objectivesand effectively solving existing social and public problems, the implementation otpub lic policy is important in the whole process of policy accomplishment. Howeverin the process of implementing publ ic policies in real life, the deviation of publicpolioy implementation is unavoidable, which greatly affects the realization of theactual utility of public policies. Therefore, how to control and prevent thedeviation of public policy implementation is of great significance to theimplementation of public policy nowadays.
