With the in-depth development of digital transformation, the concept of smart villages has emerged, aiming to improve the quality of life and economic development of rural areas through technological means. This thesis delves into the application of blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in building a digital community group-buying platform to achieve the goal of the Smart Village Revitalisation Plan. As an emerging business model, community group purchasing effectively reduces costs and improves efficiency through centralised procurement and distribution, bringing convenience to residents in rural areas
