Abstract

This article thoroughly and deeply explores the improvement methods of gravure printing technology and practical and effective ways to enhance quality. Through a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of the principle of gravure printing, a series of key issues in the current process have been analyzed in detail, such as uneven accuracy in plate production, urgent need for ink performance optimization, and improper debugging of printing equipment. Specific and detailed improvement measures have been proposed from multiple dimensions, including careful planning of pre press design, precise selection of materials, scientific adjustment of process parameters, and meticulous maintenance and timely updates of equipment. It also deeply elaborates on how to effectively ensure the continuous and stable improvement of printing quality through strengthening the construction of quality control system and effective personnel training. Intended to provide valuable and meaningful references for the flourishing development of the gravure printing industry, effectively promoting the significant improvement of printing quality and the overall progress of the industry.
