The purpose of this article is to study the advantages and disadvantages of international exchanges and cooperation in the new era, the increasing demand for foreign-related legal affairs, and the increasing demand for compound talents, especially the advantages and disadvantages of law + English compound talents and the cultivation of law + English compound talents, including how to combine the study of law with language, especially English, the universal language, how to cultivate the legal language literacy of English majors in universities, and how to design such courses. Practical research on moot courts will be used to illustrate the situation.
