Abstract

Customized passenger transport has become one of the important travel tools in recent years because it can meet the diversified travel needs of passengers. Chongqing Pleasant Line company opened customized passenger transport as the research object. The relationship between latent variables and travel behavior intention was analyzed. The structural equation model was constructed based on the TPB and TAM models, and 402 valid data were collected. The empirical analysis was carried out using SPSS software, which provided an important basis for satisfying passengers' travel behavior intention.
