In view of the increasingly prominent "slow" employment problem among college graduates in Chongqing, the author explores the emergence, change and impact of the mentality of "slow" employment groups through social psychological related scales and social behavior observations. Therefore, the author starts from the perspective of social psychology and redevelops on the basis of classic social psychological scales to construct a "slow" employment social psychological scale, measurement tools and interview framework suitable for current college graduates. Through the application of the results of the above-mentioned tools, the author intervenes in the "slow" employment behavior at the social psychological level, and provides new solutions to promote college graduates to find their own positions, reasonably plan career development, accurately invest in the job market, and achieve high-quality employment. and path.
