The purpose of this thesis is to make an in-depth study of the decorative arts in Zhangzhou. As an important part of the traditional culture in Zhangzhou, the decorative art carries rich humanistic connotation and unique artistic style. By discussing the history and development of Zhangzhou decorative arts, traditional decorative arts, the relationship between decorative arts and cultural traditions, as well as modern development and innovation, we can better understand the role of Zhangzhou decorative arts in local cultural inheritance and its role in promoting local economy and tourism.
