With the advent of the digital era, the role of language has changed from a mere communication tool to a key resource of the information age and an important carrier of cultural inheritance. Through a comprehensive examination of policy documents, academic research, and case studies, we discuss the implementation and effectiveness of China's language resources protection project, the application of intelligent language services in public services, and the digital transformation of international Chinese language education, to reveal the internal logic of the interaction between language governance and policy. Policy recommendations are put forward to strengthen the integration and management of linguistic data, promote the healthy development of linguistic intelligence technology, and build a language governance system with pluralistic participation, in order to promote scientific, precise and intelligent language planning in China, which will help to enhance the national linguistic capacity and strengthen cultural soft power.
