Abstract

Under the background of the new era, labor education has become an important part of the comprehensive quality training of students in colleges and universities. This paper deeply discusses the value of labor spirit in mental health education, as well as the path, strategy, and method of collaborative education between the two, in order to further promote the research on the integration of sports and mental health education of college and university students.
