A thorough understanding of the inherent logic of deepening reform must tightly revolve around seven scientific modes of thinking. Therefore, we need to uphold strategic thinking, raise the flag and define the direction in the deepening reform; Adhering to historical thinking and seizing the initiative in the deepening reform; Maintain dialectical thinking, implement precise policies in deepening reform; Employ systematic thinking, coordinate the overall situation in deepening reform; Foster innovative thinking, stimulate motivation in deepening reform; Embrace rule of law thinking, progress steadily in deepening reform and adhere to bottom-line thinking to guard the red line in deepening reform. This is essential to solidify the theoretical foundation for exploring and deepening reform, clarify the direction of thinking, and identify the optimized path for reform practices.
