As China's inclusive finance continues to develop, the protection of inclusive finance consumers' rights and interests has become an urgent issue requiring resolution. In China, the protection of inclusive financial consumers' rights faces challenges such as inadequate judicial adaptability, gaps in legal regulations, and limited regulatory effectiveness. It is necessary to distinguish between the similarities and differences between inclusive financial consumers and general financial consumers, based on an analysis of the differences between general consumers and financial consumers. By expanding rights protection channels, establishing algorithm review mechanisms, and implementing a cooling-off period for financial consumption, the rights of inclusive financial institutions can be optimized and safeguarded. This approach ultimately aims to achieve a dual improvement in the quality of inclusive financial development and the level of consumer rights protection.
