Abstract

The people's quality of life has been continuously improving along with the rapid growth of China's economic level; however, the consequent health problems have been increasingly emerging. How to resist various high-tech diseases in the new situation for office workers is a common topic worth discussing at present, this paper explores the value of yoga, seeks more suitable exercise methods and fitness ways for improving the sub-health problems among office workers, creastes a good yoga posture exercise and fitness plan suitable for office workers and explores the application of fitness yoga in improving sub-health problems among office workers.
