To explore the influencing factors of women 's three-child fertility desire based on the questionnaire survey of women at different levels in many provinces, and to provide reference for the practice of fertility policy in China. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 women of childbearing age in Yunnan, Guangxi, and Guizhou provinces. Logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS27.0. The results showed that 33.1 % of the subjects were willing to have three children, and 66.9 % of the subjects were unwilling to have three children. The results of logistic regression analysis show that women 's workplace development, changes in family status after childbirth and the impact of childbirth on women 's physiology are the factors that negatively affect women 's willingness to have three children, and women 's workplace development has the greatest impact on their fertility willingness. This study provides theoretical support and policy recommendations for improving women 's willingness to have three children.
