Research on the Impact of Enterprise Digital Transformation on Investment Efficiency

With the development of technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and big data, digitalization is driving a new round of technological and industrial revolutions, becoming an important trend in China's economic transformation. Investment efficiency is crucial for the high-quality development of enterprises, affecting profitability and corporate value. Digital technologies have revolutionized traditional enterprise operation models and optimized both internal and external management environments. Therefore, enhancing enterprise investment efficiency through digital technologies has become an important topic. This paper aims to analyze the intrinsic relationship between enterprise digital transformation and investment efficiency, and empirically explore the promotional effect of digital transformation. The study finds that digital transformation can improve investment efficiency, with dual agency costs and accounting information quality being important mechanisms.
