Abstract

This paper aims to explore the influence of distributed leadership on university teachers' self-efficacy, and puts forward a teacher leadership development project. By literature review and analysis, this paper analyzes the theory of distributed leadership of university teachers and related research, and puts forward a teacher leadership development project, which includes four steps: explore teachers' leadership potential, establish corresponding distributed leadership training programs for teachers, promote teacher team cooperation and communication and establish a distributed leadership development community for teachers. Through the implementation of this project, university teachers can enhance their leadership and self-efficacy, and improve their teaching performance and student satisfaction.
