However, the group of pre-service teachers has not received enough attention. At present, the career adaptability of pre-service teachers is generally low. Therefore, from the perspective of social support, this paper conducted a questionnaire and interview survey on normal college students of various majors in a university, aiming to explore the relationship between social support and career adaptability of pre-service teachers. Based on the understanding of the dilemma of pre-service teachers' career adaptability, relevant suggestions are put forward in order to achieve the improvement of pre-service teachers' career adaptability.
