Abstract

With the continuous development of higher education, especially graduate education, how to cultivate high-level talents with innovative thinking and practical ability has become the core task of the current education reform. As an important educational innovation mode, the collaborative education mechanism emphasizes the integration and cooperation of all resources in the process of education, so as to maximize the realization of the educational goals. Under this mechanism, the role of graduate counselors has become more prominent. This paper will discuss the innovation of the working ideas of graduate counselors under the mechanism of collaborative education, and analyze how to improve the working effect through innovative thinking and promote the all-round development of graduate students. Specifically, the innovation of the counselors working ideas is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, make precise efforts in the daily routine work to promote the innovation of management mode; second, take scientific measures in teaching practice to deepen the innovation of teaching mode; third, fully connect in the cooperation with the tutors to promote the innovation of cooperation mode.
