Abstract

To address issues such as unclear learning objectives, uneven learning outcomes, and single evaluation methods in the teaching of railway transportation operation management courses, this paper analyzes the reform approach of a blended teaching model under the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept. Taking the ‘Railway Traffic Organization’ course as an example, specific teaching reform proposals are put forward concerning course learning objectives, instructional content, teaching organization forms, and assessment methods. The paper also discusses the teaching outcomes achieved after implementing the reforms.
