Abstract

It is an inevitable trend to establish standardized maintenance system based on GMP. In order to promote the standardization construction of equipment maintenance, a pharmaceutical factory introduced a standard method to solve problems. The method consists of five standard stages for the analysis and repair of faulty equipment. In order to confirm whether to start standardized maintenance procedures, fuzzy evaluation model and hierarchical analysis process are used to transform multiple fuzzy factors into quantitative indicators, and calculate the weight of quantitative indicators, when obtaining satisfactory consistency through consistency check, scientific and reasonable decision-making can be used to verify the reliability of maintenance decisions. The practice of factory case verification proves that the model can meet the decision requirements and can be used as the basis for decision making.
