Abstract

In the actual work of enterprises, employees will appear slack at different times. How to strengthen and motivate the enterprise employees to work is the critical content about which every enterprise manager should think. In this paper, using (ISM-MICMAC) model, with the aid of the computer, the causes of influencing employees' slackness with the complex structure of unclear relationships are analyzed, and a system of 3 influencing slackness indicators is constructed from 11 aspects. Using the construction of the path provincial conduction diagram, the role and position of each influencing factor in the system are clarified, and the driving force and dependence of each influencing factor are calculated. The cross-influence matrix is used to quantify the driving factors. The results show that the dependency, linkage, and independent elements are the three main factors affecting employee slackness's conduction path. This paper studies the causes affecting employee slackness, which can help managers clarify the influence path of employee slackness factors in enterprise management, mobilize employees' work motivation, and hopefully enlighten enterprise managers.
