In order to determine whether the production side can meet the demand of the sales side, a multi-objective planning model is developed to compare the usage time of each type of equipment with the production time, and to obtain the production order allocation scheme that meets the minimum overall cost. When the demand exceeds the total capacity, three demand reduction scenarios are developed, and the minimum overall cost is calculated for each scenario. Finally, our recommendations are given for the supply chain company.
