Research on Joint Operations Target of US Military

The joint targeting of the US army is a cross-field and comprehensive work, which is an important basis for the realization of command planning and operation decision. Through a comprehensive analysis of the work cycle of joint targeting, the paper understands the hierarchical transformation of operational intent-operational targets-operational tasks. Describing the management of target list, kill chain process, target work evaluation, joint operational task lists,and else, we can find mature experience of the joint targeting from the support chain into the command chain.
