Practical Strategies for Digital Empowerment to Improve the Quality and Efficiency of Infant Care Services

Digital technologies based on big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and cloud computing play an important role in promoting the high-quality and efficient development of childcare services in China. By analyzing the current situation and characteristics of infant care services, the embodiment and application of digital technology in childcare services, and typical cases of digital-enabled childcare services at home and abroad, this paper discusses how to solve the challenges faced by the infant care industry through digital means in the context of the new era, so as to meet the needs of the society for the development of high-quality and high-efficiency childcare services.
