Rural sports public service is an important part of the sports governance system, which, under the strategy of rural revitalization, plays a direct role in the practical path of the new journey of rural construction in the socialist modernization country. As an ethnic area bordering China's Beibu Gulf and Southeast Asian countries, Guangxi, through the implementation of the rural governance system, not only meets the high degree of synergy between the social governance object and the implementation group, but also positively responds to the farmers' sense of "ownership" under the strategy of rural revitalization, which demonstrates the high degree of "autonomy" of Guangxi's ethnic minorities' gathering places.
