Abstract

In this paper, the new changes in the role of college student cadres and the components of their comprehensive abilities in the new era are analyzed, and the methods to enhance the comprehensive quality of college student cadres are discussed in detail. Through the application of these strategies, the role of peer support can be fully utilized to enhance the self-management ability of college students, make university management more effective, and better fulfill the educational function of the university, thereby improving the quality of talent cultivation.
