Investigation and Analysis on the Demand for Cultivating Talents in Early Education

Abstract

This study analyzed the demand of enterprises for various abilities of graduates majoring in early education through questionnaire surveys of early education-related enterprises. The results show that enterprises have relatively comprehensive demand for graduates' abilities. They particularly attach importance to professional qualities such as teacher ethics, style of teaching, sense of love and responsibility, and personal qualities, as well as professional abilities such as characteristic skills, activity planning ability, and organization and coordination ability. At the same time, in view of the problems found in the research, corresponding suggestions are put forward, including docking with international paradigms and optimizing the talent cultivation model, strengthening curriculum construction and improving the quality of talent cultivation, optimizing the teaching staff and introducing high-quality teachers, and strengthening the construction of training bases and improving practical teaching conditions.
