Difficulty can promote change, exploring and adapting to the development of new productive forces led by innovation, which has become a new path for universities to create practical teaching reforms. This paper takes the financial and economic practical training teaching of Sichuan University of Science&Engineering as an example, on the basis of analyzing the difficulties of the current practical teaching, in order to promote the overall growth of students and improve students' ability to adapt to the society. Teaching quality is the core goal of educational reform. Summarize the new experience and new highlight of upgrading practical teaching in recent years. It puts forward some suggestions on enhancing the effect of practical teaching, which has certain reference significance for exploring and improving the new path of cultivating innovative talents.
