The Connotation, Value Logic and Practice of High-quality Development of Vocational Education at Undergraduate Level in The Context of The New Vocational Education Law

The development of undergraduate-level vocational education is an inevitable trend based on the historical evolution and current development status of vocational education, following the laws of educational development. In the context of the new era and the new Vocational Education Law, clarifying the connotation, positioning, and "two characteristics" of undergraduate-level vocational education and grasping its value and significance in development is an essential meaning for building a modern vocational education system. At present, problems such as academic drift, institutional lag, and low recognition still exist in the high-quality development of undergraduate-level vocational education. Based on this, this paper starts from establishing development paths for professional construction standards, talent cultivation standards, and curriculum teaching standards, focuses on enhancing the recognition of vocational undergraduate education, and establishes a multi-element quality evaluation mechanism to explore the practical approach for the high-quality development of undergraduate-level vocational education.
