Abstract

Ruling the Party according to regulations is a core proposition in line with the law of party building in the context of the new era and promoting the new great project of party building. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the General Secretary has made a series of significant innovations in the theory of party building and governance, and has made a series of important expositions, creatively answering the logic, core meaning and value implication of governing the party in accordance with the rules and regulations, constituting a rigorous and complete scientific system. Interpreting the generative logic of ruling the Party according to regulations from the perspectives of history, theory and reality; exploring the core essence of ruling the Party according to regulations from the two main lines of value pursuit and practice path of ruling the Party according to regulations in the new era; and exploring the value implication of ruling the Party according to regulations from the theory and practice of party building have important theoretical value and practical significance for further promoting comprehensive and strict rule of the Party in the new journey.
