Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of Application-Oriented Universities under the Education Digitalization

With the rapid advancement of information technology, the digital transformation of education has emerged as an inevitable trend in the development of higher education. This article analyzes the essence and significance of digital transformation in education, elaborates on the current state and challenges of talent cultivation in application-oriented universities, and puts forward innovative strategies for talent cultivation modes under digital transformation, aiming to offer theoretical and practical guidance for application-oriented universities to cultivate high-quality applied talents that meet social demands in the digital age.
