Abstract

This study focuses on the current situation and challenges of college students' mental health education in colleges and universities in Province A. It explores the major problems that exist at present, such as insufficient attention to mental health education, imperfect curriculum system, quality of psychological counseling services to be improved, lagging behind in the construction of faculty, defects in the mechanism of psychological crisis intervention, and insufficient integration of mental health education with ideological and political education. Through the implementation of these strategies, we aim to create a better mental health education environment for college students, cultivate high-quality talents with good psychological quality, social responsibility and innovative spirit, and promote the sustainable development of mental health education in colleges and universities.
