Abstract

This study examines the transformative strategies for postgraduate education in civil engineering to address evolving industry demands in the context of technological advancements. By analyzing systemic challenges in traditional pedagogical frameworks and proposing an innovative "Four-Dimensional Drive, Five-Chain Integration" model, the research highlights actionable pathways for enhancing interdisciplinary collaboration, digital integration, and industry alignment. Empirical evidence from institutional reforms demonstrates significant improvements in talent quality, technological innovation, and educational ecosystem sustainability.
